If rain or high winds are expected on your event date, you have 24hrs to determine whether to move forward with your event.
Once we arrive for setup, there will be no refund for any reason.
K’s Bounce n Play reserves the right to cancel delivery on short notice if it is determined that weather will be a factor in the safety of our staff & participants, or harmful to the equipment in any way.
Our entire Rental Inventory can be viewed on the website. After making your selections, please call us at 704-218-7860 to secure your reservation.
Venmo, Zelle, or Cashapp is preferred. If you choose to pay with Cash, our Staff will collect payment upon arrival, in advance of setup.
We accept checks & purchase orders from Churches, Schools, Businesses & Professional Organizations.
K’s Bounce n Play is a Full Service Event Rental Company. We provide delivery, set-up, & pickup of all equipment.
We arrive for setup as early as the 1 Day prior to your party date, but no later than 1 hour before your party start time. We return for pickup after your party, or as late as the next morning.
Our party rental equipment is rented on a daily basis for a period of 6 hours. Prices are not decreased for shorter rental periods. Longer rentals and multi-day events are calculated based on the units rented. Please don’t hesitate to inquire about special accommodations to meet your needs.
