We do not penalize our clients for inclement weather conditions, including rain, snow, or high winds.  We allow customers up to 48hrs to inform us of a cancellation or postponement. 

We arrive for setup as early as the 1 day prior to your party date, but no later than 2hrs before your party start time.  We return for pickup on the after your party, and sometimes on the next day.

Our entire Rental Inventory can be viewed on the website.  After making your selections, please call us at (704) 218-7860 to secure your reservation with a debit or credit card.

We accept Venmo, Zelle, and Cashapp from residential clients. We also accept checks & purchase orders from business organizations. Payment is due upon arrival of your rental.

Yes, we allow more time, but this has to be done prior to the rental start.  Extra time is priced at an additional $40.00/hr.
